Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping and laundry operations for on-site hotel properties in the United States. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness, safety, and brand standards while effectively managing associates, labor, supplies, and departmental costs.

The role requires directing staff, maintaining inventory, coordinating with Maintenance, and upholding payroll and training records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of housekeeping experience in hotels or lodging.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, train, coach, and supervise housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, performance management, and staff development.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces for cleanliness and brand standards.
• Manage labor and scheduling within established budgets.
