Qualifications

• High school diploma required; hospitality degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial housekeeping role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Leadership to motivate a diverse team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff.
• Create department schedules and assign duties daily.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Provide ongoing training and update programs.
• Establish cleaning standards and procedures.
• Monitor cleanliness of rooms and public areas; ensure safety.
• Coordinate with purchasing for supplies; manage inventory.
• Control costs within budget and report variances.
• Address guest complaints and enhance satisfaction.
• Coordinate with front desk and maintenance for status and issues.
