Job summary

TPG Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise staff, and ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and hygiene standards. The role emphasizes safety, guest satisfaction, and efficient supply use.

You will train and supervise attendants, coordinate with front desk and maintenance, address guest concerns promptly, and enforce PPE and health regulations to keep the property in top condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management education preferred.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry practices highly preferred.
• Knowledge of housekeeping principles and proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping staff and ensure quality standards for guest rooms and public areas.
• Train, hire, and supervise housekeeping staff, including room attendants and cleaning personnel.
• Schedule staff, assign tasks, and monitor coverage and efficiency.
• Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness and adherence to standards; address deficiencies.
• Address guest complaints related to housekeeping and resolve them promptly.
• Enforce safety protocols and PPE usage; ensure compliance with health regulations.
