Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the property’s Rooms operations. This senior role oversees all housekeeping activities, staffing, training, and inter‑department communications to deliver efficient service and meaningful experiences for our guests.

You will develop and manage budgets and labor plans, maintain cleanliness standards, supervise multilingual staff, and partner with vendors to ensure proper pricing, delivery, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience (Hyatt preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• English proficiency with professional presentations.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping operations and staffing across the property.
• Develop budgets and labor plans, manage within approved plans.
• Ensure safety and quality standards and supervise multilingual staff.
• Coordinate with departments and vendors to ensure service excellence.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.
