You will manage room inspections, staffing, budgets, and vendor relationships while partnering with hotel leadership to exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive housekeeping or hotel leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, laundry, room inspections, and inventory management.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, staffing plans, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping and laundry operations across guest rooms and public areas.
• Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop housekeeping teams for excellence.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and brand standards across the property.
