Job summary

Think Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping department in Miami. You will recruit, hire, and train staff, conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas, and ensure exceptional guest service across all touchpoints.

You will maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinate with Laundry, Engineering, Front Office and Food & Beverage, and develop training programs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities are essential.
• Experience in hospitality leadership is preferred.
• Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure the best possible service.
• Recruit, hire and train new housekeeping associates.
• Manage inventories.
• Maintain strong communication with other departments particularly the Laundry Department, the Engineering Department, the Front Office and the Food and Beverage Department.
• Identify training needs and develops and implements training programs.
• Ensure that housekeeping personnel is familiar with in-house facilities for assisting guests.
• Ensure the availability of materials and equipment.
• Perform staff reviews and encourage teamwork among staff.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints.
