You will supervise and train staff, manage cleaning supplies inventory, and coordinate schedules while collaborating with front desk to support guest satisfaction. This role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Hotel Management (preferred).
• 5+ years experience in housekeeping, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform cleaning tasks.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
