Job summary

Newport Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Housekeeper in Mount Laurel, NJ, to lead the hotel’s housekeeping team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

You will manage daily operations, supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure inventory and supplies are effectively controlled. The role requires a hands-on leader who motivates and develops team members while maintaining a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping leadership experience in hospitality preferred.
• A strong eye for cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail.
• The ability to lead, train, coach, and motivate a team.
• Experience with housekeeping operations, inventory, and supply management.
• Strong organization and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump in when needed.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays based on hotel needs.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.

Responsibilities
