Job summary

Newport Hospitality in Frederick, MD is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to oversee housekeeping operations, ensure cleanliness, order, and guest satisfaction. This role may assist front desk/guest services during busy periods.

You will supervise and train housekeeping staff, manage cleaning-supply inventories, inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness, and coordinate schedules while maintaining health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in housekeeping, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Associate's Degree in Hotel Management (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform cleaning tasks.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
