Newport Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead our hotel housekeeping team and keep guestrooms and public areas guest-ready. You’ll oversee arrivals, departures, VIPs, staffing, and priorities each day, ensuring the team delivers an exceptional guest experience.

You will coach, develop, and motivate staff while managing supplies, inventory, and schedules in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday flexibility is required to meet hotel needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping teams in hospitality.
• Strong eye for cleanliness, presentation, and detail.
• Ability to lead, train, coach, and motivate a team.
• Experience with housekeeping operations, inventory, and supply management.
• Strong organization and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump in when needed.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays based on hotel needs.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain active throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Review arrivals, departures, VIPs, staffing, and priorities.
• Set up the housekeeping team for success and ensure the hotel is guest-ready.
• Inspect guestrooms and public areas, coordinate schedules, and manage supplies.
• Coach and develop team members and recognize great work.
• Balance training, organization, preventive cleaning, and continuous improvement.
