Island Hospitality is seeking an Executive Housekeeper in Charlotte, NC to oversee the housekeeping department, supervise attendants, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will manage scheduling, inventory, and budget controls to maximize efficiency and revenue.

The role demands leading a team, enforcing standards, and maintaining brand quality across daily housekeeping tasks, inspections, and training initiatives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations and staff in the department.
• Supervise Room Inspectors, Attendants, Houseperson and Laundry Attendants.
• Forecast, monitor, and control budget components to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
• Prepare team member schedules aligned with budgets and forecasts.
• Manage human resources functions including recruiting, onboarding, performance evaluations, training, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure guest service standards are met or exceeded.
