Job summary

The Bostonian Hotel Boston, part of Millennium Hotels, seeks an Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping and laundry operations onsite in Boston, MA. The role requires strong leadership, union awareness, and financial accountability to maintain the hotel's high cleanliness and service standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces; maintaining quality assurance; and collaborating with Front Office, Engineering, and Human Resources to ensure

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping leadership experience in a full‑service hotel.
• Experience working in a unionized hotel with CBAs and labor relations.
• Strong organizational skills with budgeting and payroll oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping functions: guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Set and enforce housekeeping standards, procedures, and inspection processes.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering to manage room status and repairs.
• Develop staffing schedules and manage payroll to meet occupancy demands.
• Ensure compliance with the CBA and labor relations guidelines across shifts.
• Lead and develop supervisors, room attendants, and laundry staff.
