Job summary

The Bostonian Hotel Boston, part of Millennium Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee front desk operations, guest service, and cross-department coordination at onsite Boston, MA. You will lead a team, manage staffing and scheduling, handle escalated guest concerns, and ensure a seamless guest experience in a unionized environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Front Office leadership experience in a full-service hotel environment.
• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing a diverse team.
• Prior experience in a union hotel environment, with a working knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and labor relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office operations including guest check-in/check-out and reservations coordination.
• Lead the Front Office team, manage staffing and scheduling, address guest concerns, monitor performance and ensure service standards.
• Ensure compliance with the CBA and labor relations practices across shifts and departments.
• Monitor guest feedback and service recovery, and support revenue optimization through coordination with Reservations and Revenue Management.
