Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Housekeeping department operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, and daily task assignment.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all guest rooms, suites, and public areas.
• Handle guest interactions and resolve complaints with professionalism, warmth, and service recovery.
• Ensure the department meets its financial targets through cost control, labour management, and budget oversight.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing Housekeeping team.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to luxury service and cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to support a seamless guest experience.
