Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Executive Housekeeper for Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico to lead all housekeeping operations across the property, including guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces. The role focuses on maintaining high cleanliness standards, budget control, and staff supervision in a luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping, laundry, and public area cleaning.
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Enforce brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and address deficiencies.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff.
• Foster teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities.
• Monitor budgets and control labor and supply costs.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve complaints.
• Collaborate with front office and maintenance to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure Lost and Found procedures are followed.
