Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant within a luxury hotel or full-service resort.
• Bilingual with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of Micros POS system.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly meetings, relay information about upcoming events to staff under supervision.
• Provide information about capabilities and programs to other departments and to clients or potential clients.
• Respond to needs and requests of guests and potential guests.
• Ensure standards of food, beverage and service quality are maintained at a first-class level.
• Implement cost controls for food, beverage and labor.
• Utilize inventory, receiving and product utilization systems (product cost).
• Lead by following productivity standards for food & beverage personnel.
• Create a comfortable atmosphere to encourage loyal employees.
• Assist with hiring and training programs for food and beverage personnel.
• Assist in other Food and Beverage outlets as needed.
