Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Executive Housekeeper for Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico. You will lead housekeeping operations, maintain exceptional cleanliness, and ensure guest satisfaction across all areas of the property.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or related hospitality field.
• 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations for hotel, ensuring cleanliness and presentation.
• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards and quality levels.
• Recruit, train and supervise housekeeping staff and schedules.
• Foster teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens and guest amenities; control costs.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and address complaints in a professional manner.
