Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping operations to meet BryantCorp, Home2, and Hilton standards.
• Inspect guestrooms and public areas for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance needs.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop housekeeping staff; promote a positive work environment.
• Communicate performance expectations and provide feedback and accountability.
• Monitor labor, payroll, productivity, and expenses to meet budget goals.
• Maintain inventory levels of linens, guest supplies, and cleaning products; perform month-end inventory.
• Coordinate staffing and daily assignments based on occupancy and arrivals.
