Job summary

Bryant Real Estate seeks a Hospitality Leader to oversee housekeeping, laundry and inspections for 100+ units in a Carolina Beach location. The role emphasizes customer service, vendor coordination, and turn-day cleans under the Housekeeping Manager.

The position requires a high school diploma (preferred), 2+ years of customer service, and a valid driver’s license. On-site, full-time with benefits and a fixed day shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to property owners and guests.
• Supervise housekeeping and inspection activities for 100+ units.
• Coordinate with contract vendors to maintain standards across properties.
• Coordinate turn-day cleans for multiple units with the Housekeeping Manager.
• Deliver linens, bedding and other items to units.
• Respond quickly to guest/owner issues at your level.
• Complete property inventories and inspections by deadlines.
• Maintain stockroom inventory and coordinate replenishment.
• Monitor vacant properties and respond to last-minute reservations.
• Communicate with multiple departments to maintain high standards.
• Assist Property Managers and supervise laundry facility.
