Bryant Real Estate is seeking a Hospitality Leader for Carolina Beach, NC. This on-site role oversees housekeeping, laundry, inspections, and vendor coordination across 100+ units, ensuring top-tier service.

You will manage turn-day cleans, inventory, and coordinate with departments to uphold high standards. Candidate should have 2+ years in customer service, be a team player, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience of 2+ years preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping and inspections for 100+ units.
• Coordinate with contract vendors to maintain standards across properties.
• Coordinate turn-day cleans for multiple units with Housekeeping Manager.
• Deliver linens, bedding and supplies to units as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest and owner issues at your level.
