Job summary

BryantCorp seeks a diligent Laundry Attendant to maintain a steady supply of clean linens across our Wilson hotel. You will support the General Manager and Assistant GM by handling linen processing, stocking, and timely guest service.

Applicants should be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and capable of working weekends and holidays. Prior hospitality laundry experience is preferred but not required; high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy and teamwork.
• Hospitality laundry experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Timely response to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry machines and area.
• Maintain and rotate a supply of clean linen and towels.
• Perform all stages of linen processing including washing, ironing, folding, storing and delivering per hotel standards.
• Assist with linen removal from rooms and accommodate special guest requests.
