Job summary

Montage Deer Valley seeks an experienced Hotel Manager to lead daily hotel operations across Food & Beverage, Rooms, Spa and Engineering in a ultra-luxury setting.

You will develop critical path plans, manage budgets, staffing, and training programs, and uphold service standards while driving guest satisfaction and profitability. 15+ years in luxury hospitality with executive F&B leadership preferred; strong communication and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 15 years of high-end hospitality management experience.
• Minimum 10 years as department head or senior leader in ultra-luxury operation.
• Five years in executive level food & beverage and multi-unit leadership.
• Strong communication, training and budget management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee selection, training and development of key leadership staff.
• Ensure compliance with employment and civil rights laws.
• Promote hotel facilities and services to guests.
• Monitor staff performance and rectify deficiencies.
• Ensure profitability and control payroll and costs.
• Maintain par stock levels and inventory.
