Job summary

Levy Sector in Chicago seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead hospitality at Bally's Casino Chicago, providing strategic leadership for all hospitality operations and driving exceptional guest experiences.

You will collaborate with executive leadership to set long-term operational strategies, build high-performing teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance financial performance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive executive leadership experience in hospitality, gaming, entertainment, or food and beverage operations.
• Experience overseeing multi-department operations with significant revenue responsibility.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
• Experience leading organizational change and operational transformation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise business systems.
• Preferred casino experience.
