Job summary

Levy Restaurants in Chicago seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead hospitality at Bally's Casino Chicago, guiding guest experiences, financial performance, and team engagement with strategic oversight of all hospitality operations.

You will partner with executive leadership to set long-term operating strategies, develop high-performing teams, foster a culture of innovation and accountability, ensure compliance with gaming, safety, and service standards, and drive sustained hospitality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Ten or more years of progressive executive leadership experience in hospitality, gaming, entertainment, or food and beverage operations.
• Experience overseeing multi-department operations with significant revenue responsibility.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
• Experience leading organizational change and operational transformation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise business systems.
• Preferred casino experience.
