Job summary

Bally's Chicago is seeking a Vice President of Resort Operations to architect the operational foundation before the first guest arrives, with responsibilities spanning hotel operations, housekeeping, facilities, spa and retail, and valet services along with cross-department coordination.

With 10+ years in luxury or integrated resort leadership and proven P&L ownership at VP level, you will design SOPs, set service standards, and lead teams through pre-opening, opening, and ongoing operation to

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive hospitality leadership at full service or integrated resort properties.
Pre-opening experience and capability to design from ground up.
Background in gaming or integrated resort environments.
Demonstrated P&L ownership at VP level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Pre-Opening: Design and implement SOPs, service standards, and systems integrations; lead cross-divisional culture-setting.
Hotel Operations: Full oversight of 500 rooms and guest touchpoints; drive occupancy and guest satisfaction.
Housekeeping: Establish cleanliness standards and labor models.
Facilities: Oversee campus operations and asset integrity.
Spa and Retail: Develop spa operations and retail revenue strategies.
Valet and Parking: Manage arrival/departure throughput and service standards.
Financial Performance: Own departmental P&L, labor models and budgets; benchmark against best-in-class.
Partner Coordination: Act as primary bridge among resort operations, F&B, casino, events, and entertainment leaders.
