Job summary

Levy, in partnership with Bally's Casino Chicago, seeks a visionary Vice President of Food and Beverage Operations to lead all hospitality operations and elevate guest experiences at a premier entertainment destination.

You will collaborate with executive leadership to set long-term operating strategies, drive financial performance, and build high-performing teams while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
• Ten or more years of progressive executive leadership experience in hospitality, gaming, entertainment, or food and beverage operations.
• Experience overseeing multi-department operations with significant revenue responsibility.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
• Experience leading organizational change and operational transformation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise business systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for all hospitality operations.
• Develop and execute strategic operational initiatives.
• Partner with ownership and executive leadership on business objectives.
• Drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop senior operational leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with gaming, food safety, labor, and company standards.
• Champion exceptional guest service throughout the property.
• Analyze operational performance and implement continuous improvements.
• Support capital planning and long-term business growth.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Master's degree preferred
