Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Chicago, IL seeks to fill a guest service focused role within its casino operations. You will deliver high-quality guest experiences, build loyalty through personalized interactions, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.

As part of a collaborative team, you will promote the Players Club, manage guest profiles, and assist with events, promotions, and VIP experiences while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and casino systems.
• Knowledge of casino operations preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays and events.
• Must obtain and maintain an Illinois Gaming Board gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable guest experiences consistent with Bally's Born to Entertain culture.
• Build relationships with guests through personalized interactions.
• Uphold regulatory requirements and responsible gaming practices.
• Partner with hosts and management to identify guest growth opportunities.
• Curate personalized guest experiences including dining, transportation, and events.
• Promote Players Club benefits to enhance loyalty and engagement.
• Maintain accurate patron profiles in the casino management system.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and resolve concerns.
• Act as a resource on promotions, rewards, amenities, and property offerings.
• Support promotions, tournaments, VIP events, and special experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
