Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Professional Services Executive (PSE) to drive service delivery for oncology solutions. You will lead execution teams, build executive partnerships, and align with sales to ensure post-sale implementation success and measurable value.

The role requires seven years of healthcare operations leadership, strong program management, and the ability to manage complex, multi-site client programs with KPI-driven outcomes. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum seven years’ managerial experience in healthcare administration with oncology operations
• Proven leadership in clinical operations driving strategic and business planning
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills with collaboration experience
• Completion of LMS training plan related to assigned responsibility

Aufgaben

• Oversee execution team to meet client strategic goals and value delivery
• Build and sustain executive-level client partnerships for long-term loyalty
• Collaborate with Oncology Solutions Managers, Sales and leadership to ensure success from scope to execution
• Lead enterprise solutions implementations focused on reducing time to value for partners
• Act as Varian product and oncology expert to support client success
• Define and operationalize KPI-based scorecards and governance for ongoing projects
• Ensure patient-centered end-to-end solutions and address consumption gaps
