Job summary

The Johns Hopkins Hospital seeks a patient care coordinator to support the Executive and Preventive Health programs. The role is based at JHOC with on-site support to Green Spring Station when needed.

You will schedule and register appointments, collect patient information, and guide patients through the outpatient center and hospital. Responsibilities include updating the EPIC system, providing patient education, and handling information requests.

Qualifications

• BA or BS required or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of related experience in healthcare and/or business with a strong focus on customer service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care in the Executive and Preventive Health program at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and the Personalized Care program at Green Spring Station.
• Schedule and register patient appointments, gather necessary patient information, and navigate patients through the Outpatient Center and main hospital.
• Update EPIC and provide patient education; respond to patient information requests and manage relationships with patients and designees, and referral sources.
