Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of patient registration or scheduling experience.
• Associate degree with 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Demonstrated customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of insurance, referrals and managed care plans.
• Proficiency with PC Windows applications and common software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of Executive Health visits and registrations.
• Verify demographics and insurance information; follow SOPs.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow at the front desk.
• Assist patients with MyChart enrollment and use of front-end tech.
• Greet patients, answer questions and navigate their Executive Health experience.
