Job summary

Salveo Direct Care is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support our Elite Executive Health program. This role focuses on delivering a seamless, personalized healthcare experience for executive clients and high-income professionals.

The ideal candidate combines healthcare administrative skills with a hospitality mindset, ensuring clients feel cared for and well-informed throughout their visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical office or concierge medicine preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology and office operations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Executive Health clients.
• Coordinate executive exams: scheduling, prep, testing, provider visits, follow-up.
• Welcome clients and ensure they feel comfortable and informed.
• Coordinate with physicians and providers for seamless exam experience.
• Assist with transporting clients to appointments when needed.
• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and other channels.
• Collect and maintain patient information and medical records.
• Assist with invoicing and financial coordination for executive exams.
• Maintain a polished client-facing environment.
• Anticipate needs and address questions and logistical details.
• Support day-to-day administrative and patient care coordination.
