Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Nevada seeks a Patient Service Specialist (Caregiver) to support onsite operations at the Las Vegas location. The role runs Monday to Friday with day schedules 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., in a new office opening in November.

You will assist with patient registration, insurance verification, co-pay collection, scheduling, and MyChart education, while helping patients from arrival through checkout in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years in patient registration, scheduling or insurance processing.
• Associate degree plus 1 year experience or Bachelor’s degree acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive, proactive, and “Patients First” experience for patients and visitors.
• Register patients, prepare visits, and assist with scheduling and insurance verification.
• Assist with co-pays, record-keeping, and interpreter scheduling as needed.
• Enter and maintain confidential patient information accurately.
• Educate patients on MyChart and Appointment Pass.
