Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Front Office Healthcare Support professional to deliver a safe, accurate, and welcoming patient experience from pre-arrival through checkout. The Patient Access Coordinator ensures data quality and revenue integrity while guiding patients through the clinic.

You will handle pre-visit prep, digital check-in, queue management, POS payments, and post-visit outreach.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy and familiarity with patient data systems.
• Knowledge of patient eligibility and benefits.
• Experience using scheduling systems to optimize staffing.

Responsibilities

• Pre-visit preparation by reviewing schedules 24–48 hours ahead.
• Digital intake to ensure demographics, consents, and Patient-Ready signals are complete.
• Monitor queues and wait times; communicate delays to patients and staff.
• Discuss financial responsibility and process POS payments with accuracy.
• Conduct checkout, schedule follow-ups, and outreach for no-shows.
