Job summary

Five Iron Golf is seeking a Head Chef to build and lead a high-performing kitchen team for events and daily service. You will hire, onboard, coach, and hold staff to high standards while driving menu innovation and cost controls.

You will partner with the General Manager and Events team to design menus, execute flawless events, and ensure top-quality presentation and guest experiences across all service periods.

Qualifications

• Culinary school degree or professional certifications such as CEC.
• Minimum 5 years significant culinary leadership in high-volume environments.
• Proven track record of building and leading kitchen teams.
• Strong culinary expertise with passion for food and innovation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite and restaurant management software.
• English fluency; Spanish is a plus.
