Job summary

Catalent is seeking a General Manager to lead its Kansas City Clinical Supply Services business on a 5‑day onsite basis. The role oversees roughly 300 employees and a $90M revenue stream within a multidisciplinary campus.

You will drive strategy, performance, and customer relationships, balancing quality, cost, and capacity while shaping leadership succession and culture on a high-visibility platform.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large, complex operations in regulated life sciences.
• Experience owning full P&L and driving growth while managing cost and quality.
• Ability to develop leaders and build succession within a multi-level organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for KC CSS business.
• Own the full P&L and site performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and profitability.
• Build and unite a high-performing site leadership team with clear ownership.
• Drive operational excellence through planning, capacity management, and continuous improvement.
• Foster a people-focused culture of accountability, collaboration, and inclusion.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including cGMP and safety programs.
• Develop relationships with customers through site visits and reviews.
• Establish KPIs and operating rhythms to improve reliability and performance.
• Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession initiatives.
• Partner across Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
