Job summary

Catalent is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Operations in Kansas City to lead the safe, compliant, and efficient execution of clinical and commercial manufacturing.

The role partners with Quality and other functions, owns budgeting, forecasting, and capital projects, and drives Lean and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have 12+ years in regulated manufacturing, 7+ in leadership, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years in regulated manufacturing environments.
• At least 7 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience with regulatory inspections and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of manufacturing operations.
• Ensure safe, compliant, efficient execution of manufacturing activities.
• Lead capacity planning, budgeting, and capital projects.
• Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement across the site.
