Job summary

Catalent’s Kansas City site hosts Bioanalytical and Clinical Supply services. The Director, Project Management will lead the Bioanalytical facility’s PM team, ensuring projects meet timelines, budget and quality while aligning with global PM objectives.

The role partners with Sales, Operations, Client Services, EH&S, and QA to drive exceptional client service. This leadership position requires managing multiple programs, developing staff, and influencing site revenue, forecasting, and planning

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in a scientific discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
8–10 years of project management experience in pharmaceuticals or a related industry.
Experience in program management with significant external client interaction.
Approximately 5+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver programs within agreed timelines, budget, scope, and quality targets.
Meet site revenue goals, forecasting objectives, and business metrics.
Maintain high client satisfaction through effective project delivery and escalation management.
Lead and develop the Project Management team, including performance management and coaching.
Oversee project execution across multiple programs to ensure successful delivery.
Act as client advocate and manage escalations and client communications.
