Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in contracting, commercial operations, program management, account management, or related roles in pharma/biotech services.
• Experience in BioAnalytics, Analytical Services, or lab operations with a focus on efficiency and capacity.

Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks and improve turnaround times to maximize laboratory capacity.
• Serve as the commercial lead for existing customer programs and align with contractual commitments.
• Partner with Business Development, Project Management, Laboratory Operations, and Finance to drive customer success and growth.
• Lead demand forecasting, capacity planning, and portfolio management for lab utilization.
• Manage commercial agreements, renewals, and customer communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
