Job summary

INA Solution is seeking a General Manager to lead our upscale restaurant in Washington, DC. You will direct daily operations with a commitment to hospitality excellence and memorable guest experiences.

You will mentor front-of-house leaders, partner with the Executive Chef to harmonize dining room and kitchen, manage scheduling and payroll, and uphold health and safety standards while addressing guest concerns and driving performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as General Manager in an upscale or fine dining restaurant.
• Strong operational judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall restaurant operations with hospitality excellence and memorable guest experiences.
• Develop and mentor front-of-house leadership and service team to deliver polished service.
• Partner with Executive Chef to ensure cohesive execution between dining room and kitchen.
• Oversee workforce planning, scheduling strategy, and payroll controls.
• Maintain adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards per regulations.
• Address guest concerns promptly to strengthen loyalty.
• Review revenue, labor, and guest satisfaction metrics to drive improvements.
• Cultivate a team-oriented culture reflecting the concept's values.
