You will lead a multi-outlet operation, ensure exceptional service, and drive revenue growth while building a culture of accountability and professional development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as General Manager in a large-scale, high-volume restaurant environment.
• Experience managing operations with 500+ guest capacity, 150+ team members, and $14M+ annual revenue.
• Proven ability to lead a hospitality operation with exceptional service standards.

Responsibilities

• Set a hospitality-driven culture and deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Lead a multi-outlet operation across lunch, dinner, brunch, bar, private dining and events.
• Ensure service standards during peak periods and act as a visible floor presence.
• Build relationships with regular guests, community partners, and team members.
• Recruit, coach, and develop managers and hourly staff; drive accountability and retention.
