Restaurant Associates, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a General Manager for a premier NYC corporate dining account. You will lead the operation, drive hospitality excellence, and build a high-performing team to ensure exceptional service and culinary quality.

You will manage all aspects of the account from budget to client relations, partner with the Chef on menus, and rollout new programs while maintaining standards across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressive foodservice leadership experience.
• Proven success managing high-volume dining operations and catering programs.
• Experience overseeing budgets, labor, and cost controls.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Manages day-to-day operations of a premier corporate dining account.
• Leads HR activities including hiring, counseling, and terminations.
• Oversees scheduling, payroll, and team training.
• Maintains strong relationships with customers and client teams.
• Works with Chef and management to create menus and culinary programs.
