Restaurant Associates is seeking a General Manager for a premier corporate dining account in NYC. You will lead overall operations, drive exceptional hospitality, ensure culinary quality, and build a high-performing team while maintaining top-tier service standards.

The ideal candidate brings strategic leadership, exceptional communication, and a proven track record in managing budgets, labor, and high-profile catering programs within luxury dining environments.

Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of progressive foodservice leadership experience in premier corporate dining or luxury hospitality.
• Proven success managing high-volume dining operations and sophisticated catering programs.
• Experience overseeing budgets, financial performance, labor management, and cost controls.
• Exceptional leadership, client relationships, and team development skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for hospitality and growth within a leading foodservice organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Manages day-to-day operations of a high-profile account.
• Performs HR functions: hiring, progressive discipline, terminations.
• Oversees scheduling, payroll, and team training.
• Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients; collaborates with other departments.
• Works with the Chef and management to create menus and launch culinary programs.
