Job summary

Wilson Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical seeks an accomplished General Manager to lead the business day-to-day, report to ownership, and partner with the Senior Executive Team on strategic initiatives.

You will own the P&L, drive EBITDA growth, develop leaders, and ensure superb customer experience across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and drain services, with a disciplined operating cadence and a plan for sustainable expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple service departments and cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record driving EBITDA and revenue growth.
• Strong people development and succession planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and annual budgeting/forecasting.
• Lead the local leadership team across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and drain.
• Implement scorecards, accountability, and continuous improvement across all departments.
• Drive customer experience improvements and net promoter score initiatives.
• Develop growth plans, improve technician productivity, and expand market share.
• Partner with ownership on acquisitions and integration as the business grows.
