Covina-based commercial plumbing contractor seeks a General Manager for its service division. You will own P&L, set pricing, and drive growth while leading a large team of service technicians and support staff.

Role covers operations, customer relations, and safety leadership, with 24/7 emergency service as a core offering. Senior leadership accountability and budget responsibilities are key components.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial plumbing or mechanical service with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven P&L responsibility with revenue growth and margin improvement.
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and components.
• Experience leading large field service teams and fleet operations.
• Financial skills: budgeting, job costing, pricing, KPI management.
• Proficiency with service management software and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Own the service division's P&L, pricing and cash collection.
• Lead budget, forecasts, and growth plans with executives.
• Oversee dispatch, scheduling, fleet, and parts inventory.
• Develop and maintain strong customer and national accounts relations.
