Job summary

Advantage Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric seeks a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at multiple upcoming locations. The role drives growth, performance metrics, and staff development while owning P&L and leading expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of Management/Supervisory experience.
• P&L accountability preferred.
• Experience with skilled trades preferred or respected.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities
