MassBay Community College seeks a part-time Education Coach for the Transitional Scholars Program in Wellesley Hills. The role focuses on providing individualized academic, executive functioning, and social support to students with disabilities to promote independence and campus life participation.
You will attend classes with students, help develop study skills, and collaborate with faculty and staff to foster success while maintaining confidentiality and following program guidelines.

Located in Greater Boston, MassBay is a comprehensive, open-access community college, offering associate degrees and certificate programs on three campuses in Wellesley Hills, Framingham, and Ashland, Massachusetts.
The ideal candidate will join a vibrant educational community, and have a desire and ability to serve a population of students with various needs and backgrounds. This is a part-time, non-unit position with no benefits.
MassBay Community College's Transitional Scholars Program is an inclusive college transition program for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Educational Coaches provide individualized academic, executive functioning, and social support to help students succeed in college while promoting independence and participation in campus life.
This list is not to be considered all-inclusive. A supervisor may assign other duties as required to meet the needs and foster the mission of the College.

Salary Range: $30.00 - 30.00 hourly wage
