Job summary

Live Strong House is seeking a Classroom/Student EF Coach to work five days a week in a private school residential setting, focusing on executive functioning skills in the classroom in partnership with teachers. The role includes educating, mentoring, and designing an educational and vocational plan for graduates pursuing post-secondary paths.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education, vocational training, or related field.
• Experience with youth in educational or treatment settings.
• Ability to teach multiple topics at different learning levels.
• Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to maintain clear boundaries with students and staff.
• Ability to pass a Federal Background Check.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Use formal and informal testing to review data to drive instruction and progress.
• Teach EF and CCRP lessons; tailor to daily living needs and partnership with classroom staff.
• Mentor students in achieving post-secondary goals and college/career readiness.
• Prepare incident reports and progress updates as required by leadership.
