Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree (Master's in education or a related field preferred or in progress).
• 2+ years of experience in teaching, special education, counseling, speech-language pathology, or similar.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A collaborative, coachable mindset with a passion for student development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, individualized coaching sessions that strengthen executive function skills.
• Follow Engaging Minds' proven methodology and strategies.
• Submit session summaries via EMChat within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with scheduling team and Learning Specialists to ensure student success.
• Participate in professional development and ongoing learning opportunities.
