Job summary

Galin Education is seeking Academic Coaches to assist middle school, high school, and college students. Coaches will help students develop essential executive function and academic skills through tailored support.

The role requires effective communication and relational skills to connect with students and families. Candidates ideally have a Bachelor’s degree and experience with high school or college students, especially those with learning challenges. A commitment of at least 12 months is necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience working with students in grades 6-12 and college.
• Preferred experience with students having ADHD or learning struggles.
• Availability for at least 5 hours per week and flexibility in evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with students to develop academic skills.
• Teach time management, organization, and effective studying methods.
• Build rapport with students to enhance their confidence.
