Job summary

Shippo is seeking a Finance Manager, Strategic Finance (FP&A) to own the full company P&L, lead the annual operating plan, and deliver board-level financial materials. You’ll partner with Accounting, People Ops, and Engineering, driving strategic finance initiatives and improving FP&A tooling in a remote-first, globally distributed team.

You will build multi-year forecasts, manage reforecasts, and provide actionable financial storytelling to senior leadership and the CFO.

Qualifications

5+ years in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or strategic finance in a high-growth tech/SaaS company.
Experience owning a full company P&L and navigating ambiguity.
Exposure to M&A processes and due diligence data packages.
Advanced financial modeling: multi-driver models, scenarios, sensitivity analyses.

Responsibilities

Own the full company P&L, revenue through EBITDA, and close cycle with Accounting.
Lead Monthly Business Review, flash reports, and narrative for senior leadership.
Own the AOP process, headcount planning, cost modeling, and revenue scenarios.
Run 2–3 reforecasts per year, identifying risks and opportunities.
Prepare quarterly Board finance addenda and executive materials.
Drive FP&A tooling improvements and data integrity for scalable growth.
